DSW chair [dining side wood chair – 1950] by Charles and Ray Eames. has wooden legs (american walnut ) and metal cross beams. The shell is made by molded plastic with organic and fluid lines.

This chair was showed to people for the first time in the "low cost furniture design" contest organized by the MOMA [ Museum of Modern Art] in New York.
