Our WHITE GLOVE Delivery Service includes:
Delivery to: Inside your residence to room of your choosing.
Assembly Service: The delivery team will unpack the product and provide up to 45 minutes of light setup that can require basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.
Please note that setup services DO NOT include any electrical, plumbing or component hookups. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.
Delivery Instructions
Your order will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery.
The following should be noted:
A white glove delivery team consists of at least two people who will be in charge of carrying your order to your home from the back of the truck. This way you don't have to worry about transporting any heavy loads yourself.
Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. Please note that failure to receive the order at the time previously agreed on can result in a higher fee.
You must inspect your order at the time of delivery. If there is any sign of damage on the item or if you are concerned there may be damage, please make sure you write "Product Damaged" on the sheet you are asked to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to resolve the problem.
