Sciangai coat hanger, design Jonathan de Pas, Donato d'Urbino, Paolo Lomazzi for Zanotta

The structure is available in beech wood varnished or painted black, or oak, varnished, dyed wenge, gray or white. This elegant coat hanger, which looks like a bundle of twigs, can easily be closed and take up a minimal amount of space.

When opened, each pole may be used to hang coats, hats, or other pieces of clothing. All the elements are connected right above the middle. This allows for a wide base that ensures stability.

The three creators of the Sciangai coat hanger, Jonathan de Pas, Donato d'Urbino, Paolo Lomazzi, designed the piece in 1973 and won the prestigious Golden Compass in 1979. The Sciangai coat hanger is exhibited in several museums around the world.
