Giò Ponti designed the Livia chair in 1937 for the 'livianum' offices of the University of Padua.
This chair remains a timeless piece of high-quality design. The Livia chair remains as modern and stylish as ever thanks to its elegant minimalism. With a solid beech wood frame and multilayer wood seat, the Livia chair is available either dyed or lacquered in a variety of colors.

Giò Ponti (1897-1979) was one of the most influential figures in Italian design and architecture afterworld war II. His work as an industrial and furniture designer, architect, painter and editor for Domus magazine contributed to the renaissance of design in Italy in the 1950s and 1960s.

White Glove Delivery Description of Service

All items purchased on Archistar.com are shipped using white glove delivery service to ensure that items arrive in perfect conditions.
The cost of our White Glove Delivery is 10% ONLY on the total price*.

*The maximum cost for the delivery will be 450 euro

Our WHITE GLOVE Delivery Service includes:

Delivery to: Inside your residence to room of your choosing.
Assembly Service: The delivery team will unpack the product and provide up to 45 minutes of light setup that can require basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

Please note that setup services DO NOT include any electrical, plumbing or component hookups. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

Delivery Instructions

Your order will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery.
The following should be noted:

A white glove delivery team consists of at least two people who will be in charge of carrying your order to your home from the back of the truck. This way you don't have to worry about transporting any heavy loads yourself.
Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. Please note that failure to receive the order at the time previously agreed on can result in a higher fee.
You must inspect your order at the time of delivery. If there is any sign of damage on the item or if you are concerned there may be damage, please make sure you write "Product Damaged" on the sheet you are asked to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to resolve the problem.
